What Would Happen If I Stay In Phase 1 Of Atkins?
I’m starting the Atkins Diet sometime soon, and I was wondering what would happen if I just stayed in the ‘induction phase’ of the diet? Instead of going on to further phases.
note: I do not care if you do not like the Atkins Diet. I did it for a few weeks when I was younger and it worked fine. So no going on about how it’s ‘unsafe’.

Sure, this would be called “Extended Induction”, and many people stay in this phase for long periods of time. I had a great deal of weight to lose once, and I liked Induction so well, I stayed on it until 3/4ths of the weight I wanted to lose was gone.

This lady, Linda, has one of the best websites I have ever found forlow carb recipes. She has Induction-suitable recipes marked with a “*”:http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html
I’m not affiliated with either of thes websites, I just bookmarked them years ago, and find that I return to them over and over. I thought they might be helpful to you
Low carbing is great for losing weight, and can be really successful if you do it correctly. Best of luck to you, and I hope this helps!
